inferno128
This bug has been bugging me all weekend, I spent days testing and testing and I finally found its the integration of IE7 x64 into Windows XP x64 Pro SP2 (and SP1). When IE7 x64 is slipstreamed into the install files it corupts a registry entry, everytime IE7 x64 is integrated AVG 7.5 Pro fails to install saying theres a registry error and yes it does support XP x64 obviously.. it works without IE7 x64 integrated. If I don't intgrate IE7 x64 I get spammed with unsigned driver promts during windows installation and when using windows update...I am dying to use XP x64, its preformance is so wonderfull but this IE7 x64 bug needs to be fixed... please.. Also WMP 11 x64 fails to integrate into XP x64 with the lastest version of WMP11 slipstreamer, the box goes red and integrate is greyed out.Fix fix fix please... PS: I posted this in that sticky above which I think is the wrong place.. oh well sorry.. reposted the bug here. Having this fixed in 1.4 would be wonderfull

RJARRRPCGP
If I don't intgrate IE7 x64 I get spammed with unsigned driver promts during windows installation and when using windows update...That is a strange bug. I only saw that issue with HFSLIP *and* HFCLEANUP. I can't recall seeing that issue with nLite.
inferno128
Any nLite dev reading this?? I'd like to use XP x64 before 2020.. and iam sure others are too... at least say your looking into it....???
nuhi
I just read it.Ok noted. Since nLite needs a critical fix or two it will be out in wednesday probably. I'll try to check this too. But you could also use nlited x64 and install IE7 after, I don't see why you think that the whole deal is off if one thing doesn't work, it's luxury if you ask me.Anyway don't get me wrong I appreciate the report and will try to fix. habys
I was looking at the IE7 package for x86, seeing if I could replace the files in it with the x64 version, but they are way to different and complicated for me to do it with out some help. I will try to take another look after work. If anyone wants to help, post some info!
