How to broadcast live video from my camcorder ?

I want to know what softwares and hardware to use in order to be able to broadcast on Internet live images coming from camcorder sony using its S-VHS video out and not its Firewire or USB Video out ?

- coudl it be done with a good laptop ? What specifications of hardwares and softwares to be a good laptop ?

- how many cores ?

- what cpu speed ?

- how many ram ?

- SCSI 360 or SATA 300 ?

- 1 hard disk or RAID 5 with 3 disk ?

- what software to use in order to broadcast in format Windows media, or real media, or quicktime, or divx, or flash ?

- what networking hardware and software tools to use in order to broadcast over the internet ? and from a laptop ? WLAN ?

I precise that I dont need high video quality broadcasting, so it should be well compressed, like the quality you see in youtube, and I need also to broadcast Audio live.
