marxo
HAHA.... Now even virus programmers stop "supporting" Windows 98.That M$ is so evil... They want to make Win98 really useless Imagine, Windows that doesn't support viruses Edited July 12, 2007 by marxo
Offler
Dos is not so threated by viruses. It is very safe enviromnent nowadays. It seems so that people developing malware are trying to attact winXP systems and Vista systems. Win98 is no longer point of interest so why to make software smart? Yes. Windows 98 is not supporting viruses for newer systems, and therefore it is much safer even without av security installed

noguru
Antivir has stopped Win98 support already. Antivirus definitions will be updated till 31 dec 2007. After that it's over for Win98. Unfortunatly, because it's very good FREE software.
