callmejose Posted March 9, 2007 Share Posted March 9, 2007 I have many rules that move incoming email to specific folders.However, I cannot see that I have mail in those folders unless I click on each folder looking to see if there is mail.Is there a way that the folders could expand to show me that I have unread email?Example:Customers ABC Company Ann Davis Bob SmithUnless I expand down to ABC Company I cannot see that I have mail for Bob Smith. My lists are pretty extensive and I have lost "face" with customers because it appears that I don't read their email or respond. CptMurphy Posted March 24, 2007 Share Posted March 24, 2007 When setting up the rules, there should be an option to notify you.
