kyemonroe
I am trying to burn my final copy of the slipstreamed XP Pro cd, but in Roxio it is having an issue with the naming convention of the $OEM$ folder. It says it needs to be changed to _OEM_. How do you get around this?

celzius
I recently had the same problem. You have to put the mode to mode 1 not mode 2/xa, but i'm not sure how you would do that as i use Nero. Hope it helps.
gosh
I always use cdimage.exe to make a cd image (*.iso) file, then i burn the image using nero. Some software doesn't process the long file names xp and server 2003 use. if you have the server2k3 reskit you could use cdburn.exe to burn the iso image.-gosh
IT_Ranger
Is the CDIMAGE.EXE that you use the one that requires cygwin?
Aaron
No, its an MS tool for creating CD and DVD images. You can get it from hereIt includes a command script, so extract all three files in the zip to C:\The script also assumes you have your Windows XP CD files in C:\XPCD\, so you may want to edit the script file if your paths are different.
