Sgt_Strider Posted February 23, 2007 Share Posted February 23, 2007 I know the default Vista DVD comes with a driver for the Intel GMA 950 integrated videocard. I'm just wondering if I integrate the newer version, would it automatically delete the old version of the driver? I'm assuming this is how vlite works if I were to do that for new drivers? nuhi Posted February 23, 2007 Share Posted February 23, 2007 Depends what you consider by replacing.If you mean which one will be installed then yes only the newest will be installed.But if you mean on the driver cache then no, it doesn't delete old drivers. Eventually all drivers will be removable then you will be able to remove the ones you're sure you don't need or upgrade so that they don't take space.
