CelticWhisper
I'm incorporating ZipGenius into my unattended install via RunOnceEx, and the /verysilent switch gets the job done (almost) perfectly. The problem I'm having is that ZipGenius wants to launch itself after its installation finishes. So I get through my "Compression and Archiving Tools" segment in RunOnce, I see the next installer for the next secton start, and then BAM! Y HELO THAR, ZIPGEENYUS. WUT U R DOING HEAR?The software itself works fine post-install, everything else is good, but is there any way to tell it not to self-launch after it's done installing? ajua
you can use a "timer" file to launch the installer, wait xx seconds, then kill the process of the program and then move on on your runonceex.look for copytodvd in this forum, im sure i posted how to use a file called sleep.exe to install copytodvd, wait some time, kill the process then move on. sleepydvdr
The program you are working with is an Inno Setup package. Check out the article below. elajua is on the right track, but the article tells you the exact steps to accomplish it. That part is about half way down the article.http://unattended.msfn.org/unattended.xp/view/web/39/
