DotNet 2.0 Unattended reinstall

Hello

I am looking for a way to reinstall dotnet 2.0 at startup without restarting the machine.

I have tried the microsoft comand in a bat file wihich works fine if you run it logged on.

When is finished it just ask's you if you want to restart, but when i add it to run at startup fom task scheduler it reboots the machine.

The machine in question is win2k server, dotnet is not at fault here but the software i am using has a bug in win2k server that if the machine restarts

the software security layer in IIS stops working.

Also you can see the other prob i have is if it is set to run at startup and repair restarts the machine it's going to do it in a endless loop.

Any help in sloving this would be great

Self-extracting switchless installer which already has the KB917283 and KB922770 hotfixes integrated into it. This installer cannot be run from svcpack.inf and requires Windows Installer 3.1 to be installed prior to it.
