mott
I was wondering how hard it would be to do an unattended install that converts 2k3 to a workstation. I'm looking at the xp unattended intstall section and it looks like most of it could be done, just a few things like enabling graphic exceleration then, we could just have a unattended install script instead of the guide. Of course the second bouns would be no more converting when you do a reinstall, just stick it in and you have a workstation.
un4given1
Well... most people don't wait. They simply walk away and do something else. Anyways. Anything is possible. I STILL don't understand why people want to use Windows Server 2003 as a workstation.
Skyfrog
It's extremely stable, more up to date than XP, very fast, and it isn't loaded down with much of the crap that is in XP. All the legacy garbage is gone also, making it much more stable and faster, though less compatible. I guess the main reason is because they want to. Many people enjoy this type of thing.
