ATI Vista Catalyst Drivers silent install

C:<driver path>\Bin\ATISetup.exe -NoUI -Install -Use C:<driver path>\Packages

You extract the single binary you download from AMD's website and then in there you navigate into the Bin folder and ATIsetup.exe /? will give you more options including the silent install listed above.
