Not receiving Email

Good afternoon to all,

I am having a tricky issue with the owners laptop, he sends emails from his AOL account to the coporate email. He says that he receives it on his Blackberry but not his Outlook on his laptop. He is able to send it to me from his AOL email account and I receive it using my business email account. I have checked the rules within his Outlook, also checked his junk mail settings. I also checked our email filters to check if it was being blocked. Everything is ok nothing is blocking that email address. If anybody can shine some light on this matter I would really appreciate it.

It sounds like either the Blackberry device or the Blackberry server is set to delete emails from the email server upon receipt. Unfortunately I do not know where these settings are off the top of my head, but you may want to contact the System Administrator to verify these settings.
