It's propably the ACPI device.ok that was weird... im doing a lot of fiddling so im reseting every now and then... after a few resets it seems to have just vanished.... ok well that means all my problems for now are gone! so this thread is done for me, thanks for your help everyone you all saved me more hassle than you know. Static_Nexus Posted January 25, 2007 Author Share Posted January 25, 2007 i left the drivers n hardware sections well alone incase something like this happened. once ive finished doing my new xp DVD i was going to test it on virtual pc to test it.btw does anyone know where this "Quick Launch" add-on is? the one that makes the quick launch always on during windows installation?
