footballking3420 Posted January 18, 2007 Share Posted January 18, 2007 Since I got rid of MediaMonkey for Foobar2000, I'm doing a new install that will get rid of Jet Database Engine & MDAC. Only problem is, I don't know if either of them is needed to run OOo Base. I assume Jet Database isn't, but not sure about MDAC since it deals with databases which is what OOo Base is used for (similar to MS Access I believe) Would anyone know if OOo Base needs these components to run? Very popular in the linux world, especially among people who miss MS Office.
