Runonce key on Windows 2000

Where can i find the "runonce" key (within the registry) on Windows 2000 so when a NEW user logs in it will execute a commnad once and then delete itself? a bit like XP and user default profile but 2000 doesnt seem to have the option to load the default user hive.
