you have to replace it in dllcache first, then in system32
Not if they have Windows File Protection disabled.

I also edit it with reshack in win98Sec and reboot for starting xp but it dos not save sucsussfully although dllcache of WinXP is empty.

Are you trying to replace the "Version 2002" string with Version 2007? Because that string's located in ntoskrnl.exe...

when you click an Computerproperties (rightclick on Computer->Properties). This string is located inside the sysdm.cpl. Stringe table - 13.
