I uninstall the compact one, restart the computer, but i cannot install the new one.

The system told me that this is not possible, because this program is installed as part of the OS.

Yes Framework 2 is in Vista already but why does it fail for you, and why did you have the compact, unless developing for it...maybe that corrupted it. Or it's ok and your vlite download is corrupted.

Do you have some other pc to try it...please do.

I had installed Vision 2005 but that does not work under Vista. I believe that this program installed Compact. I uninstal Vision 2005 in the way Microsoft told me on her site. Probobly this had corrupted Framework2 in the OS?

I download vlite again, but i get the same message.

Next week i will reinstall Vista and try your program. You will hear about.

Thanks for your attention!

Integrate SP2 in it, now I see that the Filter Manager isn't there in the original, I keep mine with SP2 always.

Gonna update the message, thx.

edit: But are you on Vista or XP? Because if you're on Vista don't install anything, the Filter Manager should be there.

************** JIT Debugging **************

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this

application or computer (machine.config) must have the

jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.

The application must also be compiled with debugging

enabled.

For example:

<configuration>

<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />

</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception

will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer

rather than be handled by this dialog box.

any ideas?
