He thinks too far into what he's trying to say, it never comes out anywhere near what he really means. He needs speech therapy or something.He's always passed off as a pretty much guy to me. I think he's just spent so much time dealing with security that he's forgot how to actually configure a system to run better than default.He's not a moron, but just needs to refresh some of his more basic knowledge I think.
