Im sure someone can tell you what u need to keep.

What you can do is post a screenshot of all the tasks listed.

To disable/enable the programs that start do this:

Click Start > Run

then type:

msconfig

Then a new window will open, click on the Startup Tab, and there will be a list of all the programs with tick boxes that start when you log in.

You can get hold of third part software that can be more user firendly, like StartEd from OuterTechnologies

just hit the print-button on your keyboard and paste the picture in paint ;)

... and save it in .jpeg to make it smaller in size (kB).

PNG!!!!

JPG is good for pictures but for text and sharp lines it creates annoying artifacts.
