How to start Windows XP Pro. setup from Backup-Save-Folder instead of

Anyone can explain how to run Windows xp pro. setup from any folder saved on other drive instead of auto-run CD?

Normally at the time of installation on command prompt it does not allow to run on DOS 32 bit version.

How to get rid of Welcome screen and let Windows start without any click?

'winnt.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command,

operable program or batch file.
