Jeremy
Ask Nuhi, but I an unable to give you an ETA for a response. Why are you so concerned with Theme Service files? If you want to remove it, use XPLite or nLite. If you don't like the Service, just disable it and use Windows Classic.how i can control theme service from registry.Start > Run > CMD > net start/stop <Service>So "net stop Themes" and "net start Themes".
