antimatter
I'm using Windows 2000 SP4 with all the latest updates. Now programs can't seem to remember settings. for example, in microsoft outlook xp, when it checks my email from the server, i keep checking the box that says remember my password but next time it is the same and asks for it again. Another example, I keep telling zonealarm to allow a program to access the internet and I check the box so it won't ask next time and yet next time I run the program, it asks me again.I would Also like to know the best way to disable startup items in win2k besides through the registry and the startup folders. Thanks for your help.
