Best way to organise mp3s?

Firstly, please forgive me if I've posted in the wrong section! :P

Could anybody recommend a better way for me to organise my music as it's starting to get a little messy?!

This is the current file structure I have....

+ My Music
+ 70's, 80's

+ Club & Euro

+ Drum & Bass / Garage

+ Hard Dance & Trance

+ Hard House

+ Hardcore
+ Record Label

+ Hip-Hop & R&B
+ 1980's

+ 1990's

+ 2000

+ 2001

+ 2002

+ 2003

+ 2004

+ 2005

+ 2006

+ House & Electro

+ Indie, Rock & Alternative

+ Old Skool Dance

+ Pop
+ 1990's

+ 2000

+ 2001

+ 2002

+ 2003

+ 2004

+ 2005

+ 2006

+ Scouse House

+ Trance

All of my music is fully tagged and named in the artist-title.mp3 or artist-album-trackno.-title.mp3 format, however this structure is starting to get difficult as my mp3 collection has grown to 7000+ songs

How does everybody else organise theirs?!

English isn't my native idiom.

I have about 14.000 songs. Most of all are stored in CDs; the song structure I used is:

artist - (rel date - Album title) -=- #trk - track itle

On HD:

Classics -

Jazz -

Mpb (Brazilan Pop Music)

PopRock

Inside the folders the structure is organized by Artist Name, and the songs are automatically ordered by the song structure.

F:\Artist\Album\## - Title.mp3

## = Track Number

That's the format of all of my music when I store it to my hard drive. All my playing of the music is done from Winamp's Media Library though. :)
