Draconian
I know all about runonceex.cmd etc, but what I been wondering is, how do you make a screen such as this go away,I really don't want it popping up because I already know what programs I am installing and on a long list of programs, that window can quite clog up your screen, especially when using a startup resolution of 1024x768.So any remedies? Takeshi
Simple answer: just omit the entries for the titles.

Ctrl-X
Just for the record: another option would be to set the "Flags" DWORD value in HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnceEx to "0x00000080". This would disable the status dialog completely. Other values are possible, for instance to create an execution and/or error log file. See Syntax for the RunOnceEx Registry Key for details.
