testerh
Hi,Among other tweaks, I added the one to remove "Search the Internet" from the Start menu. The item did not get removed (as reported in bug report 0000154). Could someone please advise me how to remove it manually? Searching on Google didn't turn up any useful info. nLite 1.2 RCXP Pro SP2 + RyanVM, English Edited October 15, 2006 by testerh
r3incarnat0r
Hi, create and apply this REG file:Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FindExtensions\Static\WebSearch]The problem might be related to a bug which is "under investigation" at present. Could you please attach your Last Session.ini?

r3incarnat0r
You are welcome. Also Search For People can be removed if you want (Outlook Express must be installed):Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FindExtensions\Static\WabFind]This tweak will be available in next release, so it's a small leak in point of fact...
