recroker
I created a .wim file using Ximage that contains several images. I would like to know if it is possible to mount one of those images.... I have tried both Ximage and Imagex... in both cases the image failes to load... Here are the errors I get:Ximage: The volume for a file has been externally altered so that the opened file is no longer valid.Imagex: [Warning] (null). [Read_WIM_header: (seq 20) ->version/header mismatch] [Error: 11] x:\coe_images\test\passport.wim [wim_create_file: (seq. 10) -> Fail to read WIM header] An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.I created the .wim image file with Ximage so i suspect the Imagex error is because of this.... Any insight or input would be greatly appreciated.

recroker
Yes I am.... I figured the error from Imgex was because of that..... My other questions was whether or not I should be able to mount a Windows XP .wim file for editing...... See the other error in Previous message....
