Non-admins unable to use DVD burner

How do I enable my DVD-RW to be accessed by limited access users? I can burn just when when logged in as admin, but my limited user can only see the optical drive as read.

i had this exact issue the other week and just assumed i had done something wrong - and ended up giving brother admin rights to pc
