installing apps to specific folders

I'm new to all this, but with the help of the unattended walkthrough and some mighty useful post, doing ok so far.

My question is about installing app, drivers and tools during the processes. I keep a tidy pc with all Film and music software in a folder, all Utilities in another and so on, all installed in the Program files folder. Also they are in relevent folders in the start menu as well.

Is there a way of specifying folders and start menu locations during installation of my forthcomming (hopefully) Unattended XP CD, as i dont want tham all over the shop?

I have tried and can not find a way. Would really like to know myself.

I suppose you could set that in the setup.iss files if the apps you're installing are using InstallShield.....
