SafeMode
Hello all, I am a sometime lurker and love to read the stuff here. However I ran into a problem today with Word 2003 that has stumped me and I hope you fellow can point me in the right direction. As you see the option to select the tab leader characters is there, but the Set button is grayed out and so no matter what leader character I choose, the feature does not work.I have looked in the Options and Customization dialog boxes but can find nothing that helps. What am I missing here? AuthorAnne
Hi SafeMode,I don't use Word 2003, but my guess would be that you need to set an actual tab stop position to activate the Set button. Your screen capture only shows default tab stops and tab leader characters, but no specific tab stops.Hope this helps.Anne Edited September 19, 2006 by AuthorAnne
