magic_man Posted September 11, 2006 Share Posted September 11, 2006 hi frnds i have aproblem when my unattended windows login or logoff don't make any sounds i checked sounds files but noway all sounds of operations work good as error &etc... but only login & logoff sounds plz help me, what can i do????!!!! PaulIA Posted September 11, 2006 Share Posted September 11, 2006 Ack! Had to put on shades B) to read your post! Check Control Panel, Sounds and Audio Devices. Click on the "Sounds" tab. In the "Program Events" box at the bottom, scroll down and make sure you have sounds associated with the "Windows Logon" and "Windows Logoff" events.Hope this helps. tap52384 Posted September 11, 2006 Share Posted September 11, 2006 did you use nLite? if you removed the beep driver and or disable system beeps, there is a stated bug that by disabling those beeps disables the system sounds (startup, logoff, shutdown, etc.).
