After a quick search I starnded here. Does anybody knows a way to completely remove the 'Send To' in the context menu.

Hope it is actually possible :)

You can remove the following from the Registry;

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\AllFilesystemObjects\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\Send To

I find Send To: Drive A: a real easy way to copy a file to a floppy disk.

Also, Send To: Desktop and Create a Shortcut

is the best way I know to make a shortcut of a file and put it on the desktop, all in one operation.

maybe you CAN, remove it, but I sure wouldn't want to.

Cheers!

Why?, would anyone want to?

:no:

:lol:

Sorry I couldn't help lolling at that... its like a tourist going to

Paris and saying "Can you show me the way to the Eiffel Tower"

and the French guy says "why would you want to go there".

:D

Sorry Andromeda43, maybe I have a warped sense of humour.

The only problem with removing the extention is: You have to manually tell the computer which app to open..

Yep, that's what I said... :angel

For example: audio i keep only those files I have (wav, mp3) - everything else goes under the knife. :ph34r:
