Put it on a floppy disk, and walk it around to each of the 10 pcs.Put the patches on the server, and in your batch file, use the net use command to map a drive to the server, and run the patches from there. Im sure it wouldnt be that much trouble to copy the batch file from the disk (or even run it from the server) on each client machine. Its alot easier than having to install each update manually.
