Pyrex Posted August 18, 2006 Share Posted August 18, 2006 I fairly recently legitamised to an OEM SP2 XP PRO.I installed it as a repair, so as not to have to do an entire clean install.If I remember correctly, at the very begining the "Search" facility was available, but at some point some weardness occured, and now if I want to search for a file anywhere on the machine nothing happens at all. Well maybe the HD light glimmers a couple of times, but the Search console fails to appear.Any ideas.... pls. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
