begginer Posted August 8, 2006 Share Posted August 8, 2006 (Toshiba Satellite A40/45) Wireless: Atheros Ar5001X + Wireless Network Adapter.Have a good day.The problem is that the System failed so a workmate with another CD of win XP repaired the system (not reinstall just repair as he said) then the laptop stopped to detec the wireless network, someone told me that could be because of the driver of the Atheros but I don't even know whre can I find those drivers if that is the problem.someone?Title edited -- Please, use [TAGS] in your topic's title.--Sonic Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Reboot.Cancel the window of the wanted new drivers.Install the downloaded drivers.Check if you havn't disable Wireless Lan (wifi) with button on the notebook directly. Aegis Posted August 9, 2006 Share Posted August 9, 2006 What exactly is the problem? Can you not see any wireless networks? or are you missing the option to view available wireless networks.
