dping28
I have a Windows 2003 Standard Server running a domain, and I am unable to view the domain and see the computers. When I double click on the Domain Icon I get:---------------------------Microsoft Windows Network---------------------------DOMAIN-NAME is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions.Windows cannot find the network path. Verify that the network path is correct and the destination computer is not busy or turned off. If Windows still cannot find the network path, contact your network administrator.---------------------------OK ---------------------------I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction to get this working. If theres anything I can tell to help track this down please let me know. Thanks!-DEDIT: Forgot to add that I can go to the server and the computers on the domain manually if I type them in.i.e. \\SERVER\ Edited July 21, 2006 by dping28
rjdohnert
Right Click the start button, hit properties, on start menu hit customize and go to the advanced tabs. That lets everything show up.
dping28
I must be missing something, I am not seeing how that would affect domain browsing.. Its not a single pc issue.
