amitri
Maybe this should be yes:UnattendSwitch=NoSpecifies whether Setup skips Windows Welcome or Mini-Setup when preinstalling Windows XP Home Edition or Windows XP Professional using the CD Boot method. Set this to yes to skip the "Setting Up Internet Connection" and "Create User Accounts" screens.More on winnt.sif:http://unattended.msfn.org/unattended.xp/view/web/19/
HJW
Well I see what that would change.. but I prefer to use the mini-setup on 1# boot. However the problem was something else: I updated my i386 resources with updatepack_july_2006. Copied all txtsetup.sifs to my bootfolders and edited setupsourcepath under the section [setupdata]. I thought that would do and I was still wondering what was wrong with my winnt.sif.But it appears to be neccesary to create new complete new bootfolders when you've updated the i386 resources with an updatepack Thnks for your help anyway..
