BradBo
I have a laptop that I use a USB lite that has a flexable stalk and I use it at night so I dont need to turn the room lite on to type. All of a sudden the thing is pulsating,it used to be a stable solid lite, now it flashs super fast and is driving me crazy.I opened the Task Manger and closed all programs and also stopped all programs from startup using msconfig.Somethings running in the USB socket. Its driving me crazy, help. The only other USB thing perifrial I have plugged in is a mouse. Thanks Brad
nitroshift
maybe it's trying to tell you that it reached its life expectancy and it's time to get a new one...

BradBo
OK, I get the point. You must know it’s an LED, its sealed. If it is bad it p***es me off because it was over 20 bucks and I hate designed obsolescence. It seems microwaves, car decks; everything electronic doesn’t last long enough. nitroshift
If it's a LED then the fault is on the circuitry, not the LED itself. LED's don't flicker. Have you checked the USB port too?
BradBo
My port works great. With a mouse or any other device. It just flashs now.I swear there something running and I dont know how to stop it.Or how to find whatevers running on the USB port.If I only put the lite on the port and unplug my mouse it flashs, never slows or pauses.
