Guest xpuser
helloonce I visited a site that had a pack of hotfixes for unattended installationit had a pretty nice description in 1 sentence for every hotfixthe background was black and the fonts green afairanyone knows it?thanks2.I cant understand what OEM installation is, I mean I know the definition, but I dont really know how much it alters my installationare there any advantages to choose OEM? if not, I would stay with non-OEMbut I need autologin, which needs OEM (wtf? how?)can I enable autologon after windows installation? eg with tweakui ?something else: nlite creates windows that have 2 accounts, one 'Administrator' and one with the fullname you chose under unattended setup step 'fullname'both accounts have administrator rightswhats the need of those? why dont I use one admin account? (I am the only user of my pc)the only reason I would use 2 accounts is to have one admin account and one user account (which applies to linux for security, I dont consider it mandatory in winxp) Edited June 28, 2006 by xpuser

Alanoll
Most people don't use the Administrator account as their normal account, they create one for their own. In fact, Windows hides the original Administrator account unless you unhide it or it's the only account on the system.
T D
1) OEM type disc is the cd you got from your manufacturer in case you ever need to format. You can't upgrade an os from it. It doesn't alter your install.2) Listen to Alanoll.
