Autocompletion for commands

I'm wondering, if it is possible to activate autocompletion for commands like in linux. So for example I want to be able in command line type "xc + TAB" and then have it completed to xcopy.

Furthermore it would be nice to have a possibility to add some fixed path to autocompletion.

Anyone has an idea, if this is possible?

Thanks in advance.

unless you're actually in the folder where the .exe file is located, no (since that's just file completion). There is no command completion functionality in the command prompt. Perhaps in Monad, but definitely not cmd or command.
