Intel Conroe vs Athlon 64 FX-60

Am an AMD fan however

Intel had made a new processor CONROE 2.66GHz that is currently faster than the fastest Athlon 64 FX-60, its even faster than their upcoming AM2 processor, also uses less watt = less heat and has Virtualisation ( yes AMD new CPU gonna hav Virtualization too ) but the best part is that Conroe will be much cheaper than the FX 60.... wow

even though the new Intel chip is'nt out yet (next 2mths) and this is like "Advert NEWS" right?

but it would be very nice if this all worked out to be true B)

well i like both amd and intel, but more towards amd b/c i just love games. i would also like to see how the conroe overclocks, amd cpus overclock much better b/c of the built in memory controller.

i would also like to know which is better for games..

but we do have to wait, the AM2 will bring great features

ddr2 and overclocking it should be amazing with Am2
