Unwonted Posted July 24, 2003 Share Posted July 24, 2003 I'm sure the RIAA will start having their people search Kazaa from their own homes so their IPs don't get blocked...sucks for them.By the way, I use a proxy server for my browser so that it reports the wrong IP address to web sites, but this only applies to HTTP protocols. When napster began p2p, record sales have continued to increase due to people being able to preview tracks from an album, allowing them to make a decision on the cd's that they wish to purchase without wasting money on something they will only listen to once.Attacking p2p networks will only encourage people to rebel and copy more and more music, which is the case at the moment.
