Mordac85 Posted April 17, 2006 Share Posted April 17, 2006 Don't forget boot.ini is also read-only. You'll need to clear that before you can save your changes. superpimp Posted April 18, 2006 Author Share Posted April 18, 2006 (edited) thanks. I cant see the boot.ini file but I can run it when I type c:\boot.ini. net_user Posted April 18, 2006 Share Posted April 18, 2006 (edited) open up a command prompttype this inattrib -R -H -S C:\boot.iniedit your boot.ini file the way u need...save it.go back to your commpand prompt and type this inattrib +R +H +S C:\boot.iniedit...nevermind...i see you have it fixed...
