johnlee2509
Hi,To date I have not been able to put a final tweak on my installation cd. I would like to be able to change the text on the [system Properties] [General] tab. When you have OEMLOGO.bmp and OEMINFO.ini in the system32 folder, you see the text"Manufactured and supported by:" above the logo.Is there a way to edit this text or delete it?RegardsJohn
Mordac85
It's in C:\Windows\System32\SYSDM.CPL, Dialog #101. You can edit it with something like Resource Hacker, but just remember that it may get replaced by a future hotfix or service pack.

Mordac85
No problem. I had wondered the same thing but just never took the time to track it down. Guess I needed a little nudge.

Mordac85
Not quite. We were talking about a hack on the file that shows the text above the oemlogo (Manufactured and supported by:), not the oemlogo itself.
