I've used the downloader from Kodak's web site.It stores all the temp files in "Documents and Settings\All users\Kodak\"Make sure you copy the EasyShrx.Dll and setup.exe from the $SETUP foler to the$STAGING foler now I can run the install but I can't do anything more...
