Why don't you let us the name of Hotfix, such as KBxxxx, Qxxxx or somthing else?

It's more easy to understand your needs.

Most on folders support qn command.

Also look at What Goes Where

and you can look at existing updates you already have with the /? switch to see what options are supported in each folder.

But your best bet is to look at latest update files thread.
