Remove "Connect to the Internet" from W2000 unattended

I have a working unattended DVD of W2000 with SP4 and hotfixes slipstreamed. It has has several other pieces of software that silently installs, such as Office 2003, Adobe Reader, JRE, Ad-Aware.... Anyways, the problem is that when the install is done and you log in, everything is perfect; except the first time you use IE it launches the "Connect to the Internet Wizard". Then you cancel out of it and everything works fine. I can remove the icon with runonce, but it still pops up. I even tried deleting the whole folder once (C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\Connection Wizard), but all that did was make it so networking would not even function. I am going to be installing this on about 20 computers and don't want to have to go around and touch every box just to get by this. It's also become a personal issue to figure this out. Nothing obsessive about me! Anyways, does anyone have any tips or solutions? Much appreciated.

If you find out let me know, I have the same issue with my windows 98 unattended install.

anybody have a clue how to bypass this annoying 'feature' and just assume that the system is connected to a LAN?

I would assume (i haven't tested yet) that this is the registry key that should make the ICW go away when opening IE:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Connection Wizard
Completed = "01,00,00,00"

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components\{5A8D6EE0-3E18-11D0-821E-444553540000}

Deleting this key prevent ICW to be active when you launch IE for the first time ... and it works for every new user

[HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Runonce]
"^SetupICWDesktop"

Deleting this key prevent ICW shortcut on desktop ... and it works for every new user

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Connection Wizard
Completed = "01,00,00,00"

Modifying this value prevent ICW to be launched only for the current user

In a normal circumstance, combination of the first and second actions should be enough
