(solved)question about network

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I am not 100% sure about this, but I think that you need the following in your winnt.sif (or unattended.txt)

[Networking]
InstallDefaultComponents=No

[NetProtocols]
MS_TCPIP=params.MS_TCPIP

Might be wrong though... Can't seem to fine the 'InstallDefaultComponents=No' in ref.chm so it may have been a relic from NT or 2000 in my winnt.sif :)

no luck with this,but i was thinking maybe it can be done like this:

in winnt.sif file

[Components]

Indexsrv_system = Off

IEAccess=off

Client for Microsoft Networks=off ?

File and Printer for Microsoft Networks=off ?

and only tcp/ip will be kept like i want :)

what you think is this possible?
