bristols Posted March 15, 2006 Share Posted March 15, 2006 The first program I've found that uses GDIPLUS.DLL on 9x is the (fabulous) Quintessential Media Player (the latest development build 108, anyway). Your joke was NOT funny at all!believe it or not, the GDI+ DLL file does work under Win95. some users claim it works under Win95; see here.
