Actually, you HAVE seen it before, take a clear look at your RunOnceEx file

it's simply a .cmd batchfile using the REG ADD command to add keys to your Registry!

so you can add other commands to that file as well, although it wouldn't be very nice perhaps? because you could make mistakes thinking RunOnceEx.cmd only contains your installer commands. I have a file Aftertweaks.reg that gets executed by RunOnceEx at the end, deleting/modifying few regtweaks like this Unlocker thingie. But perhaps you could use your (already existing?) Cleanup.cmd?

adding the Unlocker regtweaks to Regtweaks.reg that gets executed by cmdlines.txt, before Unlocker is installed is useless since the Unlocker installer will overwrite your tweaks.

Can someone tell me wahat is exactly command for this key in RunOnceEx

reg delete "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Unlocker" /v OnlineVersion /f

reg delete "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run" /v UnlockerAssistant /f
