[Release] - Diskbase 5.17

Hi Guys and Gals,

releasing CAB for Diskbase v. 5.17 - a Disk Cataloguing Program, which I use.

I am not arguing it is the Best one out there, nor the best for u, but as I am using it already for years maybe, I am sticking to it.

If ya want, just try it.

Also, feel free to make me sugguestions as to which similar Software can make what Diskbase makes and even better, and that is FREE!!!!! That is important.....
