MSNwar Posted June 15, 2003 Share Posted June 15, 2003 In the start menu just right-click the icon/program and select "remove from this list". It will remove the shortcut but will not remove the program. To clear the whole menu, right-click the taskbar, select properties, select Start Menu, select customize, and select "Clear List".Same with hiding inactive icons. ABEO Posted June 15, 2003 Share Posted June 15, 2003 No MSNWar you are talking about start menu items he wants the past notification items:- Right click an empty area of the taskbar- Select Properties- On the task bar tab make sure 'Hide inactive icons' is ticked and click 'Customize...'- In the list box there are 2 section 'Current Items' and 'Past Items'He wants to remove all the Past Items(and so do I actually, loads of crap in there lol) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
